What participants
walk away with.

The program is designed around concrete, measurable outcomes. Here is what participants are able to do independently after completing both sessions.

Issue a CFDI Invoice Independently

Participants complete the process of issuing a real CFDI invoice during session two and leave with the ability to repeat this process on their own, without assistance, from their phone or computer.

Understand What a CFDI Contains

Participants understand the fields that make up a CFDI: the RFC of the issuer and recipient, the description of the product or service, the applicable tax, the payment method, and the fiscal use code.

Know When Invoicing Is Required

Participants can distinguish between situations where they are legally required to issue a CFDI, situations where a client may request one voluntarily, and situations where no fiscal document is required.

Complete the Process From a Smartphone

The mobile workflow is practiced during the session. Participants know how to navigate to the SAT portal or an authorized billing application on their phone and complete an invoice in a few minutes.

Cancel an Invoice Correctly

Participants understand the conditions under which a CFDI can be cancelled, the time limits involved, the cancellation reasons recognized by SAT, and how to complete the cancellation process correctly.

Stop Paying Intermediaries

Participants who previously paid others to handle their invoicing — at cyber cafés or through informal services — leave the program with the knowledge and confidence to handle it themselves at no additional cost.

Fiscal literacy as a foundation for sustainable micro-business

Understanding invoicing is not just a technical skill — it is foundational to running a formal, sustainable micro-business in Mexico. When you understand your fiscal obligations, you can focus on your business rather than worrying about compliance.

The program does not promise to solve every tax question a micro-entrepreneur might have. What it does is address the specific, practical gap between registering with SAT under RESICO and being able to operate confidently within that framework.

Participants who complete the program understand the invoicing piece of their fiscal life. For many, that is the piece that was causing the most confusion and the most unnecessary expense.

After two sessions, you can:

Log into the SAT portal with your credentials
Navigate to the invoice issuance section
Complete all required fields correctly
Issue and download the CFDI document
Send the CFDI to your client via email
Identify when a cancellation is appropriate
Do all of this from your smartphone
Explain your RESICO obligations clearly
